Tabitha Taylor Esq.

Meet Attorney Tabitha Taylor Esq.

Tabitha leverages her extensive litigation experience to enhance the firm’s transactional business practice. For nearly a decade, she represented corporate officers, directors, partners, shareholders, and LLC members in complex disputes, including battles for company control, shareholder and member rights, officer and partner liability, breach of contract, and business breakups. Drawing on her firsthand experience in the courtroom, Tabitha transitioned into transactional work, where she helps clients take a proactive approach in negotiations and contract drafting. Her deep understanding of how contract language is interpreted and enforced in litigation enables her to structure deals that protect her clients’ interests and minimize future risks.

Before co-founding Bryant Taylor Law, Tabitha worked at an AM-200 law firm and as a partner at a boutique complex commercial litigation firm. Her expertise lies in helping mid-market companies address sophisticated legal challenges, including complex business transactions and executing high-stakes business deals. As a trusted advisor to businesses throughout Florida, she safeguards her clients through mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

A native Floridian, Tabitha holds both her legal and undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida. She is a community leader, serving as a Florida Bar Business Law Fellow and as a Board Member of the Women’s Council for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Tabitha’s passion for empowering women and entrepreneurs is central to her professional and civic work. She has been recognized as a 2023 Rising Leader by the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star consecutively since 2019.
