Meet Attorney Samuel Bryant Esq.

Sam handles all business prenups and business formation for the firm. He registers and drafts organizational documents for C-corps, S-Corps, LLC’s, Not for Profit organizations, and Partnerships. He also drafts, reviews and negotiates business prenups including bylaws, operating agreements, and partnership agreements.

Sam has helped form and counsel businesses in real estate, construction, entertainment, food and beverage, cosmetics, athletics, vending, finance, medicine, transportation and various others in the state of Florida.

After law school, Sam worked as an associate at a large national firm in West Palm Beach where practiced civil litigation in state and federal courts. He later co-founded and served as Chief Legal Officer for a biomedical start-up that developed and manufactured wearable technology for athletes and sports teams.

Sam uses his litigation and startup experience to enhance his practice, which allows him to provide a unique perspective when serving his clients.
