As Co-Owner and Founder of Bryant Taylor Law, Sam manages the firm’s finances, operations, and production of client deliverables. He works closely with the team to strengthen internal processes, enhance the client experience, and ensure the firm consistently delivers meaningful value to the businesses it serves.

Sam’s professional background includes business formation, corporate governance, and advising businesses across a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, entertainment, food and beverage, cosmetics, athletics, finance, medicine, and transportation. He has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated organizational and business agreements for C-corporations, S-corporations, LLCs, nonprofit organizations, and partnerships.

After law school, Sam practiced civil litigation in state and federal courts as an associate at a large national firm in West Palm Beach. He later co-founded and served as Chief Legal Officer for a biomedical startup that developed and manufactured wearable technology for athletes and sports teams. His experience in litigation and startups gives him a practical perspective on the operational and legal needs of growing medical aesthetic and wellness practices.

Collaboration and continuous improvement are what Sam enjoys most about his role. He is passionate about finding ways to improve the client experience and deliver value at every stage of the process. Sam understands that clients work hard to build and protect their businesses, and he does not take the responsibility of providing thoughtful, valuable service lightly.

Outside of work, Sam is a competitive Settlers of Catan player who has competed in national tournaments. He plays whenever he gets the chance and hopes to one day travel the country—and compete globally—through the game.
