Biography & Experience
Tabitha focuses her practice areas on business litigation, partnership and corporate disputes, and breach of contract litigation. She also represents clients on both the plaintiff and defense side in real estate litigation, intellectual property, non-compete litigation and appellate matters. Tabitha has years of experience representing business and individual in various civil and business litigation matters.
While in law school, Tabitha served as a teaching assistant in advanced trial practice and was the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable T. Lane Wilson and was a competing member of the Business Moot Court team. Tabitha is a recipient of the University of Florida’s Pro Bono certificate and Trial Practice book award.
During her summers, Tabitha clerked at a boutique complex commercial litigation firm and ultimately accepted a position as a full-time associate post-graduation. She later transitioned to an AM-200 law firm where she practiced in both state and federal courts. Tabitha has successfully represented multimillion-dollar companies and individuals in various commercial litigation and appellate matters. Tabitha then accepted a position as partner at a firm in West Palm Beach, before relocating back to south Florida and forming Bryant Taylor Law.
Tabitha’s native languages are English and Spanish, which allows her to serve a broader client base. She has represented fisheries in Nicaragua, established corporations, and locally owned businesses. Whether a client is ready to sue or is being sued, Tabitha’s litigation experience allows her to tailor legal strategies for each individual client.
